Refunds And Returns
We are happy to offer refunds/returns on items that are faulty or damaged on arrival.
We only stipulate that a request for a refund/return be filed within 14 days of your purchase.
If you would like to file for a refund/return, simply send us an email: help@budbuddy.co.nz, or leave a message via the 'Contact Us' Button - and we'll get it sorted out for you ASAP :)
Note that we won't be able to cover damage caused by the user, unless it was due to the product malfunctioning because of a manufacturing defect.
We also cannot provide refunds if the item is found not to be defective when returned to us.
